Omdat BBTRS heel krachtig is, zijn er ook een aantal tegenindicaties waarvan ik de belangrijkste hier onder aangeef. Bij twijfel bekijken we dit verder in intakeprocedure:

ernstige astma
ernstige diabetes
ernstige osteoporose
ernstige hartaandoeningen/ -problemen
glaucoom of netvliesproblemen
ernstige mentale problemen
epilepsie of geschiedenis van toevallen
mensen onder invloed van drugs (als je bepaalde medicatie neemt is advies van je huisarts aangewezen)

I advice you to book first one session so you can feel if this way of working is helping for you. If it matches, normally I advice 3 to 7 sessions to work deeper. Afterwards you can book follow up sessions.
BBTRS is very powerful, so there are some counter-indications:

severe asthma
severe diabetes
severe osteoporosis
severe heart problems
glaucoom and retina detachment
severe mental problems
epilepsy or history of seizures
under influence from drugs (other then prescripted medication. If you're on medication advice your doctor)
